POTA--per phone call--moved out of unit more than 90 days ago. There was black mold in the unit due to leak. Property was damaged. Renter's insurance paid some of her hotel costs and the landlord paid nothing. She now only has access to the upper level of the house. Was recently served with a 20 day notice. She was out of the house from Feb 17-Mar 15
