The structure is impacting the utility lines that serve the neighboring property and are the subject of a prescriptive easement in favor of the neighboring property owner. The lines are lying directly on the roof and appear to be a significant fire hazard. This dangerous condition also interferes with the easement rights owned by the neighboring property.
