Complaint: Construction
Opened May 19, 2023
It appears that a new accessory building / garage was built on this property without a SDCI building permit and inspection. Life safety, code compliance, lot coverage, and many more SMC / SRC rules may have been disregarded in the construction of this building, not to mention the loss of city permit revenue. The possibility for harm to the existing occupants, fire service personel, and the adjacent neighborhood are unknown if this complaint is accurate.
Status: Under Investigation
