Carpet wet with mold growing on it in common area hallway.

I moved in March and have had nothing but problems. The unit has had a urine odor and I've been cleaning and cleaning. It's coming from the floor. So I pulled up some of the carpet and found feces and the floor isn't sealed and the carpet pad is soaked in urine. The previous tenant was evicted and they had to remodel the unit but didn't do it properly. I have a small baby that keeps getting sick because we are breathing in urine.

This building was condemned in 2017 and it is my belief that it needs to be condemned again. Between the Windows leaking causing the walls to grow mold, the cockroaches and the rats this building is not safe to live in, the plumbing is leaking in the garage and the foundation is sinking.
