I am submitting a complaint for the Hudson Square Apartments as we have been without access to the only elevator for our building for 8 weeks. Multiple units have sent emails and text messages asking for an ETA of functionality and repair but with no success or update from the property owner. Last communication was from our property manager stating that the repairs would not happen for sometime (very vague). The management of Hudson Square Apartments do not upkeep the sidewalk along California Ave. Lots of dog poop, rubbish and recently an almost dead rat. The properties on either side are well taken care of and it's a nuisance to have to walk on the sidewalk in front of Hudson Square Apartments.
