Per 11/21/07 online complaint (rec'd 11/26/07 by VAS): "House was lifted by contractor contractor is clearing dirt from beneath property(basement) contractor is plumbing waste drains and water supply w/o licsence. No contractor licsence on file with L&I materials on right of way"Per 11/26/07 phone conversation w/ complainant: raised house 6"-9" and poured new basement w/o permit - workers instructed to lie to any inspectors stopping by. Gave complainant phone #s for plumbing & SDOT.
