Blackberry bushes and vegetation is growing in the right of way. I have been scraped and poked by those bushes as i cross the side walk getting to local #7 transit buss stop. CSB note - partially blocked roadway of S Thistle and also growing through fence of neighboring properties - routing to both SDCI and SDOT - fvd/CSB
