Egregious dumping on the property, outdoor fires, and multiple types of illegal activity. City right of way often blocked by the garbage pile, making sidewalk impassable and an ADA violation.

Chronic trash problem from apartment complex blocking the sidewalk. This is an ongoing problem the apartment complex refuses to address. Pedestrians are forced to walk in the street to avoid piles of furniture and trash. It is an ongoing health and safety violation.

per online complaint: At the end of every month, a new pile of large trash (beds, sofas, TVs, etc.) appears just outside of Seward Park Apartments. Please at least consider putting a warning sign if you can't do anything without a hard proof. This's been going on as far as we moved in to the nighborhood.
