Per online complaint: "Made a complaint about this a year ago, but we have no sign of a new roof which we were assured would happen. Mold continues to eat up clothing in my bedroom, even in the summer, and I just lost 1/3 of a shelving unit to it. It is now growing on the walls and will not come off with bleach."

Per online complaint: "Tar roof is original to the 60s building. We lost clothes to mold, have active leaks near light fixtures, soft drywall & standing water above our unit. Downstairs neighbor can't use his second bedroom becaus it's too moldy. Landlord took 5 months to respond, hires unlicensed handymen who do bad work."
