Operation of an excavator on Lewis Pl SW and the sidewalk has occurred. However, status of ROW Construction Permit #SUCONST0008622 is still in the "Screening" portion of the review cycle as opposed to "Issuance." Advance public notification was not provided as required by CAM2117. Further, a corresponding construction permit application has not been filed with SDCI for creation of a new driveway.

Homeowners at this address have completed extensive interior construction without required permits. They installed a new main plumbing line. They also tore down a major interior wall, installed a new kitchen, added a new bathroom, and installed a central air system. They are now tearing up the yard, removing the retaining wall and driveway. Unsafe premises: small sinkhole appeared and now landlord has dug a 10' to 15' deep hole unshored in the back yard. Complainant has 2-1/2 year old child. (Also instructed complainant to contact L&I Worker Safety re unshored hole.)
