Per Online; Roof work all day 10/29 possibly through January?! How in gods name do I survive covid quarantine with this racket?! Who roofs in the winter?! There are hundreds of people stuck in their appts looking out their windows yelling at the roof crew! Pls contact that building mngmt company! Do they even have a permit?

PER CSB: There's been a continuous loud noise coming from the roof of the apartment building behind my apartment building for the past 3 weeks.It sounded like a running truck or car to me at first. I walked around to investigate today and found that it was loudest when I walked down the pathway just north of the Gresham. It sounds like it's coming from the roof.I contacted my apartment's building manager, but since he doesn't manage the building the noise is coming from, there

Leak this weekend in upstairs unit, damaged wall in my unit below. Management has placed 3 large, industrial fans and a dehumidifier No offer of relocation, compensation or any concession. We were told not to turn off the machines, and the noise sounds like it's above the allowable decibel level. They expect us to endure this for 3-5 days
