The unit I occupy has a very large hole in the bathroom wall that was caused by contractors repairing a leak from an upstairs unit. The hole has remained since December, leaving the unit exposed to the exterior stairwell (public area of the building), and the owners of this unit have still not repaired it. We believe that this unit is in violation of standards of habitability.
