The building being constructed right next to mine (The Stax Apartments at 5001 Brooklyn Ave NE) has lights that stay on 24 hours of the day. The construction workers have never not a single time over the past month plus turned the lights off at their site overnight and it blares directly into my window.

Construction on the property near my apartment is currently using extremely loud equipment, including jackhammering and heavy machinery, it is approximately 10:10 PM. This appears to be occurring after the allowed construction noise hours for residential areas in Seattle. The noise is very disruptive and can be clearly heard throughout nearby apartments. I would like this activity investigated to determine whether the project has proper authorization for nighttime construction.
