On 6/23/26 at 9:30PM, witnessed visible rat / mouse infestation at front entry of home which I believe is a rental. Tenant may possibly be feeding and providing water to rodents. Seriously concerned as this is a major public heath issue to the neighborhood as well as being visibly frightening to anyone who walks by (this is a very heavily trafficked walking sidewalk). Can provide video and photo evidence via email.
