HAS NO HOT WATER IN HIS UNIT. NO POWER TO STOVE OR REFRIGERATOR.THEY ARE PLUGGED INTO WALL BUT WILL NOT WORK.THE LIGHTS IN THE BATHROOM & BEDROOM FLICKER WHEN TURNED ON.
