Violation of Land Use- Parking of more than 3 vehicles & home occupation.Observed 5 vehicles parked outdoor in rear yard (one of them covered by tarp). Research for home occupation, found "Happy Tails Pet Services Kennel Free Boarding, Grooming, Day Care" ad in ClassifiedAds.com. It shows home address. It provides dog daycare, services such as nails, bath, groom, and over night boarding.

Per online complaint, "There is an illegal dog dayare and boarding business at this location. Public Health received a report on 2/20 regarding an unpermitted daycare at this location. I contacted the owner and it was determined that the property was not zoned for this use. The property owner continues to advertise."
