Complainant stated that the owner of this property is basically operating a car sales lot for high end vehicles, i.e.- BMW, Range Rovers & Mercedes. This is impacting the neighborhood with noise. They fix and detail the cars and patrons come to view the cars for possible purchase. A lot of foot traffic. The car detailing noise also happens on weekends.
