In the back of the house, on the 20th Ave side, they have a large graveled driveway. Much of the gravel is now on the public sidewalk & into the public street. Elderly & children, (family), have fallen on this gravel numerous times, injured, as it hinders a solid footing. The property needs to clear this gravel off for public safety.

This house has had two electrical fires and two floods in the past three years as reported to me by tenants. My house is next door and I don't want fire danger from this neglected property to threaten my property.
