Tenants mother and disabled son live together. Rent is paid online, was charged a without notice given. Was for a plumbing bill. Tenants have been paying rent on time every month. Tenant had no option to split charge or pay separately. Was forced to pay total without consent. Tenants have no lease Mgmt. keeps telling tenants its coming, been waiting for weeks. Nobody answers the phones or returns calls. Mgmt is very irresponsible only Maintenance responds. Needs help asap

Multiple pipe leaks, including one that I was worried about back in August and nothing was done, so it turned into a huge leak in my bathroom ceiling that left my bathroom unusable for 4 days and I still have a huge hole in my ceiling 2 weeks later. Ants. Signs of mold and past flooding in the drawers and hallways between units.

There are homeless people encamping back in the alley for weeks/months!! They intentionally moved dumpster to block entrance of the garage, and left a giant pack of garbage around the garage entrance! Their behaviors heavily endangered the quality of living of everyone in the neighborhood.

PER CSB 24-00269325: Homeless encampment outside apartment complex in rear alley. HUMAN FECES IS EVERYWHERE, all over building tenant parking spaces. USED HYPODERMIC NEEDLES have been thrown all over two apartment properties. Multiple mattresses and office chairs are in parking spaces. Multiple people sleeping out there day and night. Tenants afraid to park in their parking spots. TRASH BAGS OF CAT LITTER opened and spread around the area. We cleaned up quite a bit, but people have remained.
