Per Online; There are several issues with this property:1. As per a recent rental listing (visible on Trulia, Zillow, et al), the unit is advertised as 3 bedrooms. One is on the main floor and seems to be a partitioned corner of the living room and area under the stair landing. PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: the violations are mold because of a roof remodel that created no ventilation because of sealing off the vent old building so health concerns? compost not picked up in over a year ignorant tenants misuse. there is more but I will explain everything. Please contact when it is convenient to do so.
