Rats have infiltrated our rental basement. Repeated requests to address issue have been ignored and a dangerous level of rat droppings have accumulated in the basement. Repeated requests from renters and contractors to the property management company have been ignored and the feces remains. We feel it is unsafe to enter that portion of the house.
