"Per online complaint" This is at an apartment building on corner of Dayton Avenue N and N 39th Street. Outdoor storage of motor scooters along sidewalk on Dayton side of apartment building. The tabs on one is 2011; another is 2014. A third is current. The 2 unused vehicles should not be parked next to the sidewalk.
