Wasp nest on property, shouldn't owner remove it?

We have a wasp nest on our house that is out of our reach and we cannot remove it ourselves, it is really big and we don't want to mess with it. We noticed it and reported it 3 days ago, but our rental company Elink Realty refuses to do anything about it. They said it is the tenant's responsibility, although it is not in our lease and it is clearly stated in the Seattle tenant-landlord laws that "Controlling insects, rodents and other pests" is the landlord's responsibility.

Per Online; The sewer is backed up and has been overflowing into our bathroom - there is standing water and sewage in the bathtub as well as sewage in the toilet. It has been two weeks and our landlord has not fixed the issue and the apartment is not habitable due to the unsanitary conditions in the bathroom. We cannot currently stay in the apartment.The first individual who was sent to look at the issue on April 13 said he would return the next day to fix it.On April 14 h
