PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: Ceiling initially began leaking in Feb 2017. This leak started again and we notified the building right away on Nov 4. Two maintenance workers cut out a 24in x 24in hole in the ceiling, taped plastic over it, and have not been back since. Concern for mold, heat/electric, and appropriate action.
