There has been no RROI in several years. My fireplace is clogged, the gutters are clogged, the outside of the building has had no maintenance. Internal to my unit - appliances and ceiling fixtures have not received care. Plumbing is backed up in 3 places. Broken doors have not been replaced. I have sent letters, emails, verbal and text requests. They increased our rent by using a new fee charging service without providing the 180 days required.
