Raw sewage in rental unit. Toilet back up on 4/1/17 - landlord sent plumber that night. Toilet has been fixed; however, the carpet in the unit is still saturated with sewage and the tenants hear bubbling sounds in the plumbing fixtures (concerned that the underlying problem still needs to be addressed).
