Water leaks intermittently from kitchen ceiling, has some water stains. Owner doesn't repair it, says it doesn't leak often enough. Currently water is dripping through a hole where a light fixture used to be installed.

Leaks in ceiling coming from the bathroom of the unit above. When the tenant turns her heat on, it sets off the smoke alarm in the apartment (the furnace has not been services in many years). FYI: The landlord is having someone come and look at th heating system today.
