POTA---per online--My roommates and I recently moved out of our rental house we shared for the last two years. At move in, we paid to have our house professionally cleaned. We all moved out and as I was going through the final walk-through with my landlord (Russ) he said he would withhold money from our security deposit because the house wasn't cosmetically cleaned (as in not in the same professionally cleaned condition that WE paid for at move in).
