There is a pipe leak that has gone unfixed since January 2026, I have made multiple requests for it to be fixed properly. I have noticed since March 2026 that there may be signs of mold now growing in the areas that this leak reaches. I am unable to reach these areas to do any preventative care to keep more mold from festering. Neighbor keeps dumping food outside my window. I have reported it to my landlord multiple times and they have not resolved it

My apartment is leaking to the unit below. The maintenance manager will not fix the issue. I asked him to let me know if he came to my apartment to fix it , and he blatantly ignored my texts. I am concerned about this. As well they are not fixing any issues I put in maintenance requests for and ignore any and ALL requests even emergencies such as leaks.
