Leaking roof - moisture coming in through bathroom ceiling and skylight, resulting in damage to walls, mold, and fungus (mushrooms) growing in bathroom. While installing new roof in repair effort, "more than half" of ceiling plaster fell into bedroom, a worker stepped through the ceiling, and the existing cracks in walls grew and spread.
