Utility, cable, phone connection is haphazard and damaged roof. The owners did not approve this connection.

Leaking toilet for several days the tenant left a message with the owner, but no response. There is a stench and now there is mildew on the window seals.(I am waiting for tenant to call me back so I can get a phone number for the owner)
