Landlords who live in building regularly use their malfunctioning fireplace. Strong firewood smoke smell enters upstairs units and shared bathroom through the heating vents, as well as fills the entryway and stairwell. Low levels of carbon monoxide (12 ppm at last read) have been detected in my unit recently. There is no other appliance in my unit that produces carbon monoxide. I have had to leave my home twice because the smell was so strong and was making me cough, eyes burn

PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: 22.206.090 Central heating does not go to rental units; have to use space heaters that do not maintain a minimum 68 degrees Fahrenheit in units and bathrooms. Has increased rents by ~54% in 10 months.
