I askeda about the contractor if he could see the name or phone on trucks. Per online complaint "There has been a large pile of carpet, boards, televisions, etc. in front yard of residence for several weeks! The residence was purchased after foreclosure in April of this year. There is a current owner, but the property appears unoccupied and waste is exposed to elements and rodents."

Bedrooms in Adult Family Home do not meet egress requirements:-at least 2 bedrooms (of the 4 bedrooms?) on main floor-3 bedrooms in the basementNOTE: Permit 6111783 was issued 1/22/07 to add 2nd floor and establish use as Adult Family Home.
