Is retaining wall per approved plan for Permit 6113538? Digging on 5052 without permission & destablizing soil under concrete wall (holding stucco fence). Knows we have limited abilities--is meeting with job super (Mike) at 10am on 3/23/07.***Would like to meet you on site (Craig 755-8279)--knows that may not be possible***
