The apartment building has been without heat since 1/15/24. After the first 3 days of no heat, the building finally gave each unit one space heater that is somehow supposed to heat the entire apartment. Today, 1/23/24, the manager emailed saying the owners have to take time to decide what kind of boiler they want to get to replace the broken one. They have not offered any kind of compensation on rent or to place residents in accommodations until heat is restored. There have been several days an
