Don't know if there is a code for this, but the hedge on the northwest corner at this property is very large making it difficult to see around the corner. This could be a safety hazard. It is also encroaching the sidewalk on the west side. Please have the owner trim the hedge significantly.

I'm a resident of the Viceroy Apartments at 505 Boylston Ave E. There are at least (5) exit signs in the building that are not currently illuminated. I believe this to be in violation of the Housing and Building Maintenance Code, Subchapter IV Minimum Fire and Safety Standards, 22.206.130 Requirements, F. Exit Signs. I first noticed this on 1/19/19 when there was a power outage and it became clear that the exit signs were not illuminated. I submitted a formal written maintenan
