I live at 5052 37th Ave SW. Everyone on 37th accesses their house from the alley due to the steep slope on 37th. Neighbors on the alley to the South of Dawson frequently drive across Dawson and continue North down the alley to Hudson, or vice versa, rather than driving a half-block East and using 36th Ave SW. SMC 11.14.025 reads that ""Alley" means a highway not designed for general travel and primarily used as a means of access to the rear of residences and business establishments",
