Weeds on the property are overgrown and blocking the sidewalk on S Dawson St adjacent to the property. This is a perpetual issue over at least the last several years. The property is accessed from 43rd Ave S which does not connect to Dawson, so the property owners do not take care of their property along Dawson. However, the sidewalk is nearly impassable adjacent to the property.
