Per Online; Building was rekeyed added lock to laundry room making southern exit impossible without a key. Believe this is a fire-code violation as now if there was a fire you cannot exit the building

Per Online; This building has recently installed exterior light fixtures that beam very high, intense light. Not only are these light fixtures shining excessive light into all bedrooms of the building on the other side of the alley/driveway, they are positioned in such a way to shine directly into the next door building's bedrooms. We request the lights bulbs be replaced with a lower wattage, bulbs be positioned in a more downward direction and light shields be installed on t
