The whole corner and hell strip is completely over grown and covered in debris and leaves which had now ledto a rat infestation within the vegetation. It's gotten really bad over the past couple of months

Construction project at 507 Galer promised in August to stop roof water drainage mistake, but has not done so. After several regradings the water still flows at a steady clip and now onto my property (505 Galer) aimed at my foundation every time it rains or, as most recently, snow melts off the butterfly framed roof. This morning the contractor emailed: "We are still going to do that. Just having issues with gutter contractors.. Thank you"

I was on a run down Galer and turned a corner and ran into an active construction site - there was no warning, no signage, no staff. It is so dangerous and that site has had ongoing issues.

1.CEMENT was SPRAYED onto my car AND the car immediately adjacent to mine. It also was sprayed onto the parking lot area.No one contacted us, no one gave us advance word of the cement work, no one invited us to move our cars in order to protect them, no one has said one word to us since the incident. Needless to say, when pouring cement there is no excuse for spraying it all over.Both my neighbor and myself had car covers on our cars, which is the one fortunate aspec
