Foundation is damaged/separating from the rest of the building, causes flooding on basement units. Owner has known of the issue for several years but doesn't want to pay to fix it. No warning is given to tenants.Issue for sure happens in the unit at the very back, next to the laundry room. I think it's unit B4.
