Between the hours of 1am and ongoing until at least 6a on June 8, 2026 Hong Kong Bistro was using saws, hammers, and other very loud tools in their restaurant. I live in the apartments upstairs and decibels reached up to 70 when they were working directly below our apartment with saws.

My unit has nowindows and no other means ofventilation. I bought an airpurifier at my ownexpense. There areroaches as well.Management continues to try to raise the rent, andissued an evictionnotice I feel is inretaliation.
