plumbing penetrations sealant needed post repair work for unit 401 - CE/LCE responsibility in conversation. While doing repair work the HOA was also repairing plumbing in the garage so there seems to be a hot potato of who does what. I am willing to seal if HOA is concerned about who is responsible for payment as I'd like to just ensure compliance with law and safety for fire code stop compliance.
