Large overgrown hedge is encroaching into the public sidewalk, significantly narrowing the pedestrian path and forcing pedestrians to walk around the vegetation. The hedge also creates a visibility hazard at the adjacent driveway by obstructing sightlines between drivers exiting the driveway and pedestrians using the sidewalk. This is located on a busy street and presents a safety concern for both pedestrians and vehicles. Requesting inspection and trimming to restore safe sidewalk access.
