The property management provided less than 24hr notice via email that they would be conducting their annual fire inspection which included entering all units. They failed to comply with RCW 59.18.150 - "the landlord shall give the tenant at least two days' written notice of his or her intent to enter and shall enter only at reasonable times".

NOTE: There seems to be "terf war" occuring - transients occupying this property are behaving very territorial, and could be dangerous.
