I am here to complain about the Kerner Scott house. Their trash bins in their back alley back up to our community. The trash bin area is dirty, and are unkept by the owners. This attacks homeless people dig through their garbage and for them to hang around our building. We have asked them several times to help us by cleaning up their back alley so we don't have unwanted visitors and crime but they refuse to clean up their area.
