Construction workers building the new apartment building at 520 N 39th St at trespassing onto the property at 510 N 39th St on both the Northeast and Southeast corners. They are crossing onto the 510 property to access the construction site, destroying vegetation, cutting down trees, and ignoring requests to remain on their property. The most damage has been done to the NE corner of the 510 property where two trees were cut down and a section of vegetation has been trampled and destroy
