Per Online; After the heavy rain on Dec 21, 2020, we have had a leak in our entryway floor. The water has soaked the rug. Since then, the rug has remained waterlogged, and is very slippery to walk on. There is a terrible odor throughout the building and the odor is permeating into our apartments. per online complaint: The landlord of this building has had her tenants putting there trash, furniture, bikes, and kids toys on and around her property. I have notice rats starting to come around and more then normal mosquitoes flying around.
