In October 2016, the landlord told the tenant that they will be entering the premises to conduct an inspection for illegal activity (tenant believes this is because there were a number of visitors staying as guests, and that the landlord assumed that the tenant was subletting without permission). Per online: Illegal unit on rental property/possible yard violation for parking. Property being utilized as rental property and current tenants are subletting substandard and dangerous non-zoned shack in backyard as residential space. Sublet tenant using alley as toiet. Tenants also parking in back lawn area.
