Complaint: Land UseVacant Building ,
Opened January 20, 2023
The abandoned building at 5116 9th Ave NW, Seattle WA 98107 recently had the security fencing removed. With it's removal, unauthorized individuals have taken up residence in the building, used the fireplace, and have been stealing lighting and wiring from the site. There is currently no security fence in place, or security lighting, and the building is becoming a hazard to nearby residents.
